Ireland’s programme is shaped around our theme: ‘Island of Inspiration: putting creativity at the centre of the human experience in the 21st century'. We are expressing our theme through participation in Expo’s 10 theme weeks, a diverse cultural programme built around music, design, literature, creative writing and film.

Beyond the Pavilion, we will bring our creativity to the world, through a series of major events at Expo. This includes a Riverdance at Expo residency throughout the month of November, with 25 live performances at Jubilee Park, 52 Masterclasses and pop-up performances across Expo.

Ireland will also bring the gift of song to the world, through the Expo World Choir at Christmas, and will mark St. Patrick’s Day 2022 with a major gala event curated by the National Concert Hall, at Expo’s Jubilee Park.
