Emigrant Support Programme (ESP)
The Emigrant Support Programme (ESP) is administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and is a key driver of the Government’s engagement with and support of Irish communities abroad.
The programme provides financial support to frontline organisations, who deliver essential welfare and other services to Irish communities, as well as supporting cultural, heritage, education, business networking and other Irish community initiatives.
The Reconciliation Fund supports organisations working to build peace and better relations within and between traditions in Northern Ireland, between North and South and between Ireland and Britain
Irish Aid funding
The Irish Government’s official development aid (ODA) programme works on behalf of Irish people to address poverty, hunger, and inequality in some of the world’s poorest countries and is an integral part of Ireland’s foreign policy.
Communicating Europe Initiative
